Colour follows your swatch or a reference sample; a Pantone match is possible when the buyer can supply a physical standard rather than a screen image.

Construction is where the details sit. Closure type is chosen with you - hidden zipper or an Oxford flange border - and edge finishing is matched to the closure so the seam does not pucker. Care labelling is written for the destination market you name. Standard 20" x 26" and 20" x 30" are both in production, and sizes are made to your list rather than picked from ours - that is the point of ordering custom.

Any figure that is not on the spec sheet is confirmed against the batch test report on request / with sample. We do not put numbers into a page that the paperwork cannot back up.

How a custom silk pillowcase order runs

You send the target spec - colour, closure, sizes, label requirements and an indicative quantity. We come back with the swatch set and a quotation. If the swatch is approved, a finished sample goes out under your label so you can wash it and check the hand feel. Once you sign off, bulk production is booked and a QC photo set is sent before shipping.

For repeat orders your spec stays on file, so the second order is a confirmation email rather than a new project. If you import into the EU or US, tell us at the start: care labelling, fibre content wording and packaging rules differ, and getting them right at the sewing stage is cheaper than relabelling at the port.

Yes. Q2. Can our own brand label and packaging be used?

Yes - woven labels, printed care labels and retail packaging can all carry your brand. ODM is available when you have a design but no supplier, and OEM when you already know the construction you want. We can also register your artwork with us so repeat orders keep the same label supplier.

Q3. How do you handle colour matching?

We match to a physical swatch or approved sample rather than to a screen colour. A swatch set goes out before bulk so the colour is agreed on paper, and the approved standard is kept on file for repeat orders so the next batch starts from the same reference.

Q4. Is silk pillowcase washing information provided for our market?

Yes. Care labelling is written for the destination market you name, and the washing guidance we provide follows the fibre content of the order. If your market requires specific wording or translated care symbols, include that requirement in the enquiry and it is handled at the sewing stage.
