We are Comfytouch, a bedding factory in Hefei, Anhui, China. Soft, medium or firm – most hotels order more than one feel

Firmness is set by the filling blend and the fill weight, not by the label. We make white goose down, white duck down, and down-feather blends to suit your market and budget, ranging from soft, high-loft Pillows to medium-firm ones that hold their shape overnight.

A common pattern in hotel projects: standard rooms get medium, executive floors get a soft, higher-loft pillow, and guests who ask for neck support get a firmer option. Tell us your room mix and we will suggest a ratio — you do not need to guess how many of each to order. Actual filling ratio and fill power for your order are confirmed against the batch test report, available on request or with the sample.

Down-proof ticking – because a poking quill gets noticed at 2 am

The most common complaint about feather pillows is not the feel — it is the quills working their way out. Our pillow shells are made from down-proof finished 100% polyester fabric, sewn with fine needles to keep holes small, and the edges are finished so filling stays inside the ticking. A simple check when you compare suppliers: rub the surface and look for poking tips, then ask what the ticking is made of and how the seams are finished. We will show you ours on a video call before you commit.

How a pillow OEM order runs – sample, approve, bulk, repeat

Orders work like this: you send the target spec (size, firmness, filling preference) or a photo of a pillow you already sell → we confirm filling and ticking options → a sample goes out as soon as the spec is agreed, with the exact lead time confirmed in our quotation → you test it, ideally overnight → you approve → we book production and send a QC photo set before shipping.

Branded orders are routine: main labels, care labels and hang tags are made to your artwork, and neutral packing is available if you sell under your own name. Repeat orders keep your spec on file, so the next season is a one-email job. One tip we give every new customer: if you import into the EU or US, tell us at the start — label language and care symbol rules differ, and it is cheaper to get them right at the sewing stage than to relabel at the port.
